Custom Mouthguard Process

CHOOSE YOUR STYLE AND PAY

After choosing your style, make the payment. Contact our staff and tell them the colors you want, where you want the patterns placed, and any other special requests.

Before payment, you can contact our staff through LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook, or email. Tell us the mouthguard style, colors, and any artwork you would like placed anywhere on the guard. Once the design is confirmed, complete your payment. We will then mail you an impression kit so you can make your dental impression at home.

WE SHIP ALGINATE KIT

We will prepare and ship your alginate impression kit to your address.

When your impression kit arrives, open the package. Inside, you will find two differently colored impression material components and two trays in different sizes.

YOU TAKE MOLD & SEND BACK

Follow the instructions to take your dental impression, place it in the box and send it back to us.

Try both trays in your mouth to find the size that fits comfortably. Pull and knead the two materials together by hand for about 30 seconds, until they are completely combined. Press the mixed material evenly into the tray until it is fully filled. Place the tray in your mouth, bite into the material with your upper teeth, and use both hands to press it upward until your teeth are fully seated. Hold it in place for three minutes. Then gently rock the tray up and down with very small movements; do not use force, or the set impression may be distorted. Remove the tray, place it in the box, and mail it to the address we provide.
